You can use iTranslate to translate from English to any of the 100 languages that are supported. The app also provides you with a dictionary that lets you look up words and find their translations. The dictionary is a large, comprehensive one, so you won't have any problems finding the right translation for your text.
iTranslate also supports voice translation. When you speak to the app, it will translate your words and sentence structure into the target language. It will also give you the phonetic spelling of the words in the target language.
The app also has an offline mode, which allows you to translate text in the target language even when you don't have an Internet connection.
